Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of this rule making is to repeal regulation “Cigarette Tax – – Dealers’ & Distributor’s Reports and Records” Cig 89-03 identified by ERLID Number 449, the content of which is being merged into a newly adopted Regulation, “Cigarette Tax” 280-RICR-20-15-1 identified by ERLID Number 8517.
