Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this rule making is to repeal regulation BE 95-01 “Bank Excise Tax” identified by ERLID Number 448. This regulation is being repealed as it simple restates the statute (R.I. Gen. Law Chapter 44-14) and provides no additional guidance.
