Purpose and Reason:
Expands yearly inspection requirement for motorcycles to include motorized bicycles and motorized tricycles. The Division of Motor Vehicles is repealing this regulation because it is duplicative of provisions contained in the DMV's Official Manual for Vehicle Inspection, 280-RICR-30-15-3.
