Purpose and Reason:

Establishes specifications for and use of emblems on slow moving vehicles.  The Division of Motor Vehicles is repealing this regulation because it does not approve the slow moving vehicle emblems that must be displayed by motor vehicles designed for operation at speeds not in excess of 25 miles per hour and R.I. Gen. Laws § 31-23-47 mandates where the emblems are to be placed on such motor vehicles.
