Purpose and Reason:
Establishes application and appeal process for obtaining volunteer fire company placards. The Division of Motor Vehicles is repealing this regulation because it reiterates the requirements of R.I. Gen. Laws § 31-3-17 and sets forth an internal DMV policy that is not appropriate for regulation.
