Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this repeal is that the regulation is not inclusive of all of the Department's divisions and agencies. The Department of Public Safety is responsible for the management and administration of several state agencies. This regulation primarily focuses on the procedures for the Rhode Island State Police.
