Regulation Authority:

Pursuant to the provision of section 42-7.3-9 of the General Laws of the Rhode Island, and in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act Chapter 42-35 of the General Laws

Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this repeal is to remove the rules and regulations for civilian staff members of the Department of Public Safety. The rule will be repealed in its entirety.
