Purpose and Reason:

The public appears to be inclined to utilize private resources to accomplish the tasks that may be performed by means of this program of assessed governmental services and the program has not been used for over twenty (20) years. Thus, consistent with the Governor's mandate to repeal unnecessary regulations, the Department proposes the repeal of the subject regulations. No comments were received.
