Purpose and Reason:

No comments were received during the public comment period. The subject regulations have been repealed because they are obsolete. The uniform appeal period of twenty days to file an appeal with the Administrative Adjudication Division to seek review of a violation and thirty days to file such an appeal to seek review of the denial of application for the issuance of a license or a permit that was established pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-17-9 has been adopted in all Department regulations promulgated since its 2000 passage.
