Regulation Authority:

Chapters 42-17.1 "DEM"; 42-17-6; 20-1-2; 20-1-4; 20-3-2 through 20-3-6; 20-4 through 20-10, and in accordance with 42-35 of the RIGL 1956, as amended.

Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this action is to make a technical revision to the "Rules and Regulations Governing the Management of Marine Fisheries" that establish rules governing the licensing of individuals wishing to participate in the harvesting of the marine fisheries resources.
