Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of this amendment is to repeal the regulation in full because it has been merged into the Rules and Regulations for Underground Storage Facilities Used for Petroleum Products and Hazardous Materials. Please note that the Rules and Regulations for Underground Storage Facilities Used for Petroleum Products and Hazardous Materials are being amended simultaneously with the repeal of these regulations.
