R.I. Gen. Laws Title 20, R.I. Gen. Laws Chapters 42.17.1, 42-17.6, and 42-17.7, and in accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 42-35, Administrative Procedures Act.

Purpose and Reason:

DIRECT FINAL RULE: REPEAL of regulation in coordination with ADOPTION of new Part 3 - Finfish for consolidation and re-codification purposes. Part XII - Striped Bass, Part XVI - Menhaden, and current Part 3 - Finfish are REPEALED with contents of all 3 regulations re-located to new Part 3 - Finfish in their entirety and substance. No substantive changes were made as part of this filing No comments or request for a hearing was received during the public comment period Agency head to sign on October 19, 2017
