Purpose and Reason:

To remove from the Secretary of State's files the above-named policy that is not governed by the Administrative Procedures Act and was erroneously filed with the Secretary of State in 1993. NOTE: The Community Confinement Program Agreement which contains offender fee information will remain on file with the Secretary of State.
