Purpose and Reason:

The Department proposes to repeal this regulation because the amendments to Regulation 39 make that regulation applicable to workers' compensation. With the amendment of Regulation 39 and the repeal of Regulation 63, the Department establishes one uniform procedure for all property & casualty rate hearings. Repeal will be effective on November 2, 2005.
