Purpose and Reason:

Insurance Regulation 8 - "Automobile, Liability and Property Damage: Limit on Cancellation" will be replaced by Insurance Regulation 16 - "Automobile Insurance Policies: Cancellation and Renewal Provisions". Repeal effective August 26, 2003.
