Purpose and Reason:

The repeal and replacement of this regulation is designed to simplify the requirements for real estate appraisers by incorporating and clarifying the statutory and regulatory requirements for Real Estate Appraiser licensing into the new regulation effective March 18, 2004. All of the substantive portions of the repealed regulation have been incorporated into the new regulation. Repeal effective date March 18, 2004.
