Purpose and Reason:

Banking Regulation 98-214 - "Mutual Savings Banks Converting to Stock Form of Ownership" will be replaced by Banking Regulation 2 - "Mutual Financial Institutions and Mutual Holding Companies Converting to Stock Form of Ownership". Repeal effective date May 27, 2003.
