Purpose and Reason:

The regulation is proposed for repeal because regulatory authority over R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 27-18-61, 27-19-52, 27-20-47 and 27-41-64 has been transferred from the Department of Business Regulation to the Office of the Health Insurance Commissioner.
