Purpose and Reason:

DBR has determined that the proposed repeal is necessary because Greyhound Racing is no longer taking place in the State of Rhode Island, having been repealed by 2010 R.I. Pub. Laws ch. 13. Therefore, the regulation is no longer required to implement the provisions of chapter 41-3.1 of the Rhode Island General Laws.
