Purpose and Reason:
These proposed amended rules and regulations detail the procurement and contracting provisions pertaining to road, bridge and heavy construction transportation projects in the State managed by the Rhode Island Department of Transportation. Non technical amendments are contained at page 1 and at pages 95 though 193. There are no substantive differences between the proposed rule and the final rule.
