Purpose and Reason:

To repeal regulations pertaining to FS Identification cards, ATP cards, and food coupons as obsolete; to repeal regulations pertaining to agency applications for social security cards as obsolete; and to repeal regulations pertaining to third party query cards as obsolete. These regulations are being repealed in accordance with RIGL 42-35-4.1 and 42-35-3.
