Social Security Act of 1935, as amended, the Vocational Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, and Title 40, Chapter 5.1 and Chapter 6 of the Rhode Island General Laws

Purpose and Reason:

To not refile and repeal this regulation in accordance with the requirements of 42-35-4.1 and 42-35-3 of the Rhode Island General Laws, as amended.
