Purpose and Reason:

To obsolete this section of the DHS Medical Assistance Program Rules, Section 0373 - Working Adults With Disabilities. These rules have been promulgated under EOHHS as The Sherlock Plan - Medicaid for Working People with Disabilities and is currently in effect under ERLID 6741.
