Purpose and Reason:

The Acting Secretary of the Executive Office of Health & Human Services (EOHHS)proposes to file a Direct Final Rule to repeal Section #1475 of the Medicaid Code of Administrative Rules entitled, “Managed Care Service Delivery Options for Elders and Adults with Disabilities and Long-Term Care Beneficiaries.” The Secretary believes that this proposed action is noncontroversial and anticipates that no objections will be received about these proposed regulations as they are being superseded in their entirety by Section 210-RICR-40-35 entitled, “Managed Care Service Delivery Options for Elders and Adults with Disabilities and Long-Term Care Beneficiaries.”
