Purpose and Reason:
The Executive Office of Health and Human Services repeals this rule in its entirety, as it is obsolete. Some of the provisions contained in this rule will now be codified in 210-RICR-30-00-5 entitled, “Medicaid MAGI Financial Eligibility Determinations and Verification.” Medicaid non-financial eligibility requirements will be contained in 210-RICR-10-00-3 entitled, “Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) Non-Financial General Eligibility Requirements.”
