Purpose and Reason:
• Page 1: The name of the program is being changed from “CollegeBoundfund 5&10 Matching Grant Program” to more simply “CollegeBoundfund Matching Grant Program.” • Page 2: Section II.A.1. is being changed to eliminate the use of federal poverty guidelines and family size as criteria for establishing eligibility for matching grants, and to increase the income cut-off, allowing more moderate income Rhode Islanders to participate in the program. • Page 3: Section V.A.1. is being changed to mirror the changes made to Section II.A.1.
