Purpose and Reason:

Under the authority granted under R.I. Gen. Laws § 30-25-14, the RI Office of Veterans Affairs is repealing the General Rules & Regulations of the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery (RIVMC) in its entirety. This rule is being repealed due to significant formatting changes required by RI General Laws, Section 42-35-2.11 and reorganization of the rule. A revised version of the rule will be adopted in its place (see 180-RICR-20-00-01).
