Purpose and Reason:

To fulfill the statutory requirements of R.I.G.L. 28-33-8 concerning the filing of Preffered Provider Networks. There are two substantive differences between the rule as proposed and the rule as adopted. Under requirement number 1, contracts between applicants and health care providers were added to those which must be submitted. Also under requirement number 1, proprietary information on submitted contracts may be redacted.
