Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this rule is to fulfill the statutory requirements of RIGL 28-30-22(b)(2) to "approve and prmulgate rules, regulations and procedures concerning the appointment and qualifications of impartial medical examiners." The purpose of this amendment is to amend fees for impartial medical examiners and comprehensive health care review teams. There is no substantiative difference between the amended rule as proposed and amended rule as adopted.
