Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of this amendment is to further clarify the Department’s Access to Public Records Act request procedures under R.I. General Laws § 38-2-1, et. seq., (“Access to Public Records”) and comply with § 42-35-2(a). After public hearing and comment, proposed regulation V.1. was amended to provide that public records requests may be mailed to [email protected].
