Purpose and Reason:

Section 1.13.3:

Add coordinates for the following landmarks that are proposed to be added to Part 6 – General Equipment Provisions necessary to better describe areas of gear restrictions:

o Charlestown Pond Narrows Northwest Corner Coordinate

o Charlestown Pond Narrows Southeast Corner Coordinate

o Charlestown Pond Narrows Southwest Corner Coordinate

o Foster Cove Channel Southwest Corner Coordinate

o Foster Cove Channel Southeast Corner Coordinate

o Foster Cove Channel Northwest Corner Coordinate

o Foster Cove Channel Northeast Corner Coordinate

o Grassy Point

o Narrows Northwest Corner Coordinate (Pt. Judith Pond)

o Sprague Bridge (south side)

Remove coordinate for the following landmark proposed to be deleted from Part 6 – General Equipment Provisions, as this landmark is redundant with other landmark currently in rule:

o Seaward entrance of the Pettaquamscutt River 

Amend coordinates for the following landmarks that are proposed to be added to Part 6 – General Equipment Provisions:

o Northwestern End of Sandy Point Island
