Purpose and Reason:
These rules are obsolete and are proposed to be repealed. They have been replaced by regulations in Chapter 40 of Title 210 that include “Medicaid for Elders and Adults with Disabilities, Overview of Integrated Health Care Coverage Groups” (210-RICR-40-00-1) and 210-RICR-40-00-3, “SSI Financial Eligibility Determinations.”
