Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of amending the 2012 Terminal Tariff No. 017 is to make administrative changes to the document and update rates, rules, and regulations governing the Port of Davisville. Along with a routine update to the schedule of fees, the Quonset Development Corporation has amended the Tariff, now called "Schedule" to reflect new Port of Davisville Contact information and ensure Title 46 US Code Section 403.301(b) is followed and reflected in the schedule. The only substantive difference between the proposed rule and the final rule is that Wharfage Charges (Item 34, Section C) for unboxed automobiles will be $4.10 per unit and not $4.15 per unit as indicated in the proposed rule.
