Purpose and Reason:

The purposes of the revised regulations are to 1) implement the Municipal Services Agreement with the Town of North Kingstown, 2) streamline and improve the development review process, 3) update stormwater regulations to be consistent with RIDEM’s regulations, 4) add a new section on Renewable Energy Systems, and 5) provide various updates throughout.
