Purpose and Reason:

I. Purpose: The purpose of these rules and regulations is to implement the requirements of Chapter 117, Title 42 of the Rhode Island General Laws to provide a mechanism for business and industry to secure any necessary licenses and permits in an expeditious manner without waiving the lawful conditions of said licenses or permits. II. Summary of Substantive Differences between Proposed Rule and Rule as Adopted: There are no substantive differences between the proposed rule and the rule as adopted.
