Purpose and Reason:

Regulations are revised to govern amounts available relative to the Affordable Housing Bond, Building Homes Rhode Island (BHRI) program. No changes were made based on comments received. This language was changed to make regulations clearer. Amended Language on special needs populations to "including, but not limited to".
