Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of these proposed amendments is to revise regulations governing Building Homes Rhode Island (Affordable Housing Bond) Program to be consistent with other federally-funded affordable housing programs. Additionally, the amendments increase targeting for special needs households. No public comments were submitted. There were no changes between the proposed regulations and the final regulations.
