Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of this amendment is to update the rules and regulations governing the use of the Claiborne Pell Bridge and Mount Hope Bridge to reflect the current use, regulation and tolling of the Bridges. There is no difference between the regulations as proposed and the regulations as adopted.
