Purpose and Reason:

The Rhode Island Student Loan Authority (RISLA) has promulgated rules and regulations for its Paul Sherlock Access Scholarship Program whereby qualified applicants will be eligible to receive need based scholarships to assist in the financing of their postsecondary education.
