Purpose and Reason:

To comply with the requirements of RIGL 37-2-9(b) by setting out procedures to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all persons who deal with the Corporation's procurement system, increase economy, effective competition and provide and maintain the quality, integrity and high ethical standards of the Corporation.
