Purpose and Reason:

Provide Narragansett Bay Commission residential/commercial/industrial users with specific rules and regulations regarding billing and collection practices. These Rules and Regulations replace and expand upon Article 13 of the Rules and Regulations for Use of Wastewater Facilities within the Narragansett Bay Commission District. (ERLID#:955)
