Purpose and Reason:

Loan Policies and Procedures established to govern the lending activities of the Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund and the Rhode Island Water Polluttion Control Revolving Fund. Section VI of the regulations makes changes to the length of maturity of loans to reflect changes to Title VI of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act. The Current regulations allow loans to mature for up to twenty (20) years. The revised regulations will allow loan to mature up to thirty (30) years at the discretion of the Rhode Island Clean Water Finance Agency
