Purpose and Reason:

The primary purpose of the Foundations of Senior Health Program is to enable frail elderly, handicapped and disabled persons, living in Rhode Island Housing financed developments, to remain in the least restrictive environment through the provision of Homemaker/Home Health Aid assistance.
