Purpose and Reason:
This Program is intended to supplement primary financing from other sources such as financial institutions, federal, state and local housing authorities and agencies and the Corporation, through other programs to (i) make pre-development seed money available to Housing Sponsors for certain preliminary development costs; (ii) commit funds for replacement reserves and guaranty loan repayment reserves for Development, as may be required by Primary Lenders, and (ii) provide certain financial assistance.
