Purpose and Reason:

These Rules and Regulations set forth requirements established by the Corporation to ensure non-discrimination and affirmative action by Housing Sponsors, Contractors and Sub-contractors in their hiring or contract practices on the basis of race, sex, national origin, age, religion, sexual orientation, handicap or status as a veteran.
