Purpose and Reason:

These rules are being adopted to codify the licensing procedures for, and professional conduct of, the drivers of taxicabs, limited public motor vehicles and public motor vehicles. The final version includes modifications to Section C(1)9d) in response to comments made at the February 23, 2006 Public Hearing and an additional session on April 10, 2006.
