Purpose and Reason:

This rulemaking is a comprehensive re-write and updating of Division Rules and Regulations Prescribing Standards for Water Utilities effective March 1, 1966. The revisions also reflect current technical standards and metering technology. It also provides for more streamlined reporting requirements for regulated water utilities.
