RIGL§ 39-3-33, 39-1-38, and 39-1-27.1.

Purpose and Reason:

The Division is amending its rules governing nonregulated power producers to make the language consistent with the Public Utilities Commission's recent updating of their Consumer Protection Requirements for Nonregulated Power Producers (ERLID 7767). The Division is clarifying existing procedure for adjudicating consumer complaints and deleting language made obsolete by the Commission's rulemaking. There are no differences from the Proposed Rule.
