Purpose and Reason:
The rulemaking modifies language in Section 3.5(b) which directs cable television Construction Certificate holders to provide the Administrator of the Division of Public Utilities and Carriers a minimum 60 day written notice before the proposed system will be ready to provide service. The amendment allows for a 60 day notification requirement only if mandated by the Division. The language in Sections 3.5(f) and 8.2(e) has been modified to make it consistent the change to section 3.5(b).
