Purpose and Reason:

These regulations govern the fees payable by telecommunications providers who are not otherwise subject to the provisions of R.I.G.L. 1956 (1988 Reenactment), §39-1-26(a)or (b). These fees represent the reasonable costs incurred by the Division of Public Utilities and Carriers and the Public Utilities Commission in docketing, investigation and rate making. This technical revision updates location of Division offices.
